Hunting
Aspen Meadow offers
both Deer and Bear hunting drop camps. A high quality California
hunting experience free from the crowds of people and drenched in the beauty
of the wilderness. Three different Sierra Nevada deer herds migrate to
the Emigrant; the Jawbone, Yosemite and Stanislaus with a small amount of
mule deer. Hunting area is Zone D6.
Fishing
The Emigrant and Yosemite wilderness offers some of the most pristine
trout fishing in the world. Varieties of trout include
Rainbow, Brook and a few Golden trout. Both lake and stream fishing
are available.
