When you’re ready for your back country adventure, call Aspen Meadow at (209) 965-3402.  We’ll ask you for the following information:

  • What day would you like to go out?
  • What day would you like to return?
  • How many people are in your party?
  • What type of package would you like?  (see link to packages for more information)
  • Do you have a destination in mind or can we help you plan your trip?
  • What is the riding skill level of each member in your party?
  • Will there be children in the party?
  • Do you have any special needs that we should be aware of?

  

We will then remind you of the following three things to do:

  1. Please be sure to reserve and pick up your wilderness pass
    from the US Forest Service.
  2. Please mail a non-refundable check to secure your reservation. For drop trips, we require a 20% deposit, and for all-inclusive and extended trips, 50% is required. Please mail your check to: :

  3. To pay your balance, please bring cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard for payment
